APPLICATION OF OCCUPATIONAL PERMIT
- People who engage in the practice of profession or calling not requiring government examination shall secure individual Mayor's Permit from the moment they are hired by the management of any business or industrial establishments. The individual Mayor's Permit shall be renewed during the respective birth month of the permitted next calendar year.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A WORKING/OCCUPATIONAL PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR MOTORIZED TRICYCLE OPERATOR'S PERMIT
- The Motorized Tricycle Operator's Permit (MTOP) is a franchise or license to operate Tricycle-For-Hire over zones specified which shall be renewed annually.
OPERATORS QUALIFICATION
- Only Filipino citizen, a resident of Bayombong, Registered voter and those who are not disqualified.

HOW TO APPLY FOR MOTORIZED TRICYCLE OPERATOR'S PERMIT (MTOP), FOR NEW, RENEWAL, TRANSFER OF OWNER AND CHANGE UNIT
TIME OF PAYMENT
- The Motorized Tricycle Operator's Permit shall be paid in full to the office of the Municipal Treasurer upon filing an application for NEW and for RENEWAL shall be on or before February of each year.

PENALTIES AND SURCHARGE
- Failure to pay the franchise on time a 2% interest per month of the unpaid fees or charges until such amount is fully paid but in no case shall the total interest on the unpaid amount or portion thereof exceed thirty-six months.
